Eskind Residence

This narrow house, on the corner of Belle Meade Boulevard and East Brookfield, wraps the backyard pool and features large window walls overlooking sustainable landscaping  which provides the feeling of being constantly connected to the outside of the home. The 8,000 SF home has both a public and private side. The exterior of the house that faces public streets features a tailored modernism of stone walls with mahogany windows. Aluminum storefront windows and white stucco walls provide a contrasting minimalist aesthetic for the more private side of the home’s rear exterior.
