Fairlane Hotel
MZA reimagined a mid-century bank tower in downtown Nashville as the sleek, 81-room Fairlane Hotel. Keeping the building's original 1960s modernity, MZA collaborated with Reunion Goods and Services to create interiors that honor the building's stylish heritage. Eye-catching skyline signage created by local artists makes the hotel visible, while a lively lobby restaurant welcomes both travelers and locals. On its fourth floor is a spacious lounge ringed with terraces that functions as an inviting, year-round gathering spot, and at the top of the building, a former mechanical space was transformed into rooftop penthouses with unbeatable city views. The re-design of the Fairlane Hotel is an edgy destination, capturing Nashville's vibrant spirit and embracing its elegant mid-century heritage.
