The MZA designed four story 79 unit apartment community located in Nashville’s 12 South District sits atop two levels of underground parking with bicycle storage and repair stations are provided on both parking levels. Amenity spaces include a sun deck, ground level terrace with gas grills, dog washing facilities, a fitness room, and a music practice space. The east facing side of the building features a multi-story hardi-plank mural designed by local artist Bryce McCloud. In 2017 the Nashville Scene included the Chelsea in a list of “Orchid” projects recognizing designers and developers who were doing the right thing.
