Manuel Zeitlin Architects was approached by the creative music management firm Thirty Tigers to design the renovation of an 11,000 square foot pre-engineered metal warehouse in the Wedgewood Houston neighborhood for their new office.

The redesigned space includes a small loft apartment for the owners who split their time between Nashville and California. The building improvements include a new exterior metal skin and roof, new doors and windows, added mezzanine, structural improvements, new MP&E systems and a performance stage for this creative music management firm.

MZA worked closely with neighborhood makers 5 String Furniture and Southern Lights to create custom fixtures and furnishings for the new office space.
