Moxy Memphis Downtown

MZA provided architectural and interior design services for the transformation of a 118 room Sleep Inn into the Moxy Memphis Downtown. Moxy is Marriott’s “experiential” hotel offering designed to appeal to younger travelers who want ready access to technology, snappy design and welcoming communal spaces in an affordable package.

The project involved an exterior facelift and the redesign of the entire interior. Guest rooms are cozy and smartly-designed, tech-enabled spaces. Communal spaces include a library and collaborative workspace, a bar that doubles as hotel check-in, a lounge, and an exterior featuring a modern front porch theme.
