INK Building

MZA designed the renovation and addition to the former INK prink shop building into a hub for music, technology and creative companies including Mark Montgomery's FLO {thinkery} company and a handful of affiliated startups and other separately owned businesses.

Two partial floors were added to the existing 9,400 square foot industrial building, with the top floor opening up to a roof terrace for a total of 19,000 square feet. The industrial steel windows and a portion of the 18-foot ceilings were preserved and the existing roof trusses were reused above the roof terrace.
