MZA was tasked to design a “modern” Spanish Colonial style home for our clients which reflected their modern taste and old world sensibilities. The 5,000 SF home in the Hillwood Estates neighborhood in Nashville, TN features a curved stairway, exposed wood beams and a private courtyard for the master suite.
