Henrietta Red
MZA led the design team for Strategic Hospitality’s 2017 addition to the thriving Nashville food scene.
Located in Historic Germantown, the bright, warm space is split between the barroom and main dining room. The barroom offers seating for 35, divided primarily between the bar and communal tables.
The main dining room offers seating for 70, as well as a dedicated oyster bar with seating for six. The open kitchen allows diners a view of the action, along with the tiled six-foot wood burning oven. We worked with a number of local artisans on the project, including Ferrin Ironworks, Christian Fecht of Fecht Design, Southern Lights Electric, 5 String Furniture, Caleb Simpson of High Plains Drifter, New Hat Projects and more.
