This project, completed in 2015, consists of 12,400 sf of ground floor retail with 42 residential units above 116 structured
parking spaces. The residences wrap a rooftop courtyard amenity area that includes outdoor gathering places for the
residents, featuring a lounge/grill area and water feature. The project replaced an assortment of older, disparate and
inefficient commercial spaces on the block while working within the strict Hillsboro Village design guidelines that regulate
both height and bulk on the site. The project received an “Excellence in Development” award in 2016 from the Urban Land
Institute.
