Following the success of their flagship location, Crieve Hall Bagel Company partnered with MZA once again to bring their signature concept to East Nashville. The tenant fit-out transformed a former mechanic’s garage into a warm, industrial-inspired restaurant that balances the grit of its original structure with the inviting familiarity of the first store. The program included a full commercial kitchen, point of sale, customer seating, and retail display areas. MZA provided full interior design services, including custom menu displays, casework, and furnishings that carry the brand’s character into its next chapter. Construction was complete in five months, and the new location opened in August 2025.
