MZA designed the conversion of an existing vacant warehouse to a distribution center. Work included the addition of dock doors and exterior ramps, creation of an 18,500 SF hazardous storage room, 30,000 SF of office space, a 3,200 SF retail store, and the addition of ~27,000 SF of mezzanine space.
