MZA worked with a local general contractor, TI Builders, to renovate the existing 240,000 SF multi-user warehouse located at 802 Swan Drive. Renovations included demolition of 15,000 SF of the existing building, replacement of multiple office suites, addition of 15 dock doors, and design of a new truck court.
