MZA partnered with The Mainland Companies to convert Germantown’s landmark Elliott School into 26 thoughtfully designed condominiums. Constructed in 1916 by noted architects Marr & Holman, the building remained vacant and unattended before being partially reused as offices. The question was how to make it livable for the 21st century without sacrificing its historic character. Read more here.
