INK Building

Manuel Zeitlin Architects is designing the renovation and addition to the former INK prink shop building into a hub for music, technology and creative companies including Mark Montgomery's FLO {thinkery} company and a handful of affiliated startups and other separately owned businesses.

The existing 9,400 square foot industrial building will be renovated to add two partial floors, with the top floor opening up to a roof terrace for a total of 19,000 square feet. The industrial steel windows and a portion of the 18-foot ceilings will be kept and the existing roof trusses will be recycled and reused above the roof terrace.

The concept of the office is a collaborative space for creative companies featuring shared space with conference rooms, hangout areas and espresso bars for employees
