Hill Center Five Points

Hill Center Five Points is a mixed-use development in the heart of the lively Five Points commercial center of East Nashville. The development consists of an existing 1930’s grocery store along with a MZA designed mixed-use structure featuring 5,400 square feet of second-floor office space, and 5,200 square feet of street-oriented retail space.

The new construction mixed-use building replaces a surface parking lot and activates Woodland Street by extending the existing commercial district further east towards East Park and downtown Nashville.

The design provides outdoor spaces for engagement activation between the existing building and the new retail/office with a lower level passageway which honors the historic building and upper-level roof terraces at the 2nd-floor office space.
