We are happy to announce Sandy Real Ramirez as the recipient of the Towards an Inclusive Architecture Scholarship. Sandy is from Nashville, TN and is currently in her third year at the University of Tennessee, pursuing a degree in architecture.
Towards an Inclusive Architecture Scholarship was created in 2021 by MZA to help create a path that ensures a profession that represents all people. The scholarship provides both funds to help pay for their education at the architecture school of their choice, and opportunities for professional development through priority placement in internship programs at participating partner firms.
This scholarship is made possible through contributions from MZA with help from Power Management Corporation, EMC Structural Engineers, and Michael Goorevich Architects.
