The Ragland Building

Formerly The Music City Mix Factory nightclub, this registered LEED Gold core and shell 42,000 square foot redevelopment  returns the building to an updated version of its original 1930's appearance and features high efficiency HVAC, day lighting, operable windows and increased fresh air provisions and environmentally friendly materials and finishes. A new fifth floor with floor to ceiling windows, 14 foot ceilings and 360 degree city views was also added to the original 4-story building base offering unparalleled space in Sobro.

Within walking distance of the waterfront, the new $650 million Music City Center, and “the district” downtown, the Ragland Building is at the heart of Nashville’s urban revitalization. The entire Ragland Building, and the adjacent building, totaling 90,000 sf of class A office space, were recently leased to Asurion, a Nashville-based technology insurance company; the building’s 360 degree sweeping floor plate was ideal for Asurion employees’ open office layout.
