Not many people will remember that we worked with Pangaea on their shop in Hillsboro Village many, many years ago.

Sandra Shelton's store is one of those places that starts as a fixture in its neighborhood and then becomes famous throughout the city. From its days on Belmont Boulevard, to its move to Hillsboro Village in the mid-90s, Pangaea has been a constant among small stores in town, and the list of Nashvillians who have shopped and worked there is long (MZA's Juliana Daily and Matt McKeever both worked there). We are proud to have played a small, understated role in the store's history.

After more than 30 years in Nashville, Shelton recently announced her retirement and that Pangaea would close this month. Manuel took the photo above recently.
